Tsubame-san offers a wide range of tour guiding and travel assistance services, thorough support and a personal approach. As a guide, I know how to create tour routes according to my customer’s needs and adapt the tours to people from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

The main tour selection includes Tallinn Old Town and different parts of Tallinn, also tours on ghost stories and legends. Depending on the customer’s wishes, I can tour elsewhere within Estonia as well.
It is possible to combine different regions into packages (for example, Old Town & Kadriorg, Old Town & Kalamaja, Viimsi & Pirita, etc.) or go out of town to enjoy nature and culture. I’m flexible and can adjust the tours to the customer’s preferences.
Travel assistance in English
Travel assistance in Japanese
The travel assistance service usually starts from either the port or the airport and continues to the hotel or functions on reverse routes. At the hotel, I help the group leader communicate with the receptionists and remain available for support until all people have been accommodated and sent to their rooms.
At the port and airport, I can help with baggage check-in or ticket collection if necessary. I can also escort clients from the hotel to restaurants or other event venues and back again.
